adidasOriginals Deerupt | Campaign Management, Creative Direction, and Development, Annex88

Winner of 3 Shorty Awards in Mobile Campaign, Fashion, and Augmented Reality.

Using adidasOriginals brand ethos ‘The Past Informs the Future’ they challenged us with launching a Tier 1 piece: the Deerupt. Built and inspired by 3 of Originals iconic shoes (Marathon, New York, and Oregon) we found inspiration in the Dellinger Web, a lining used in the past 3 iterations that evolved to wrap the entirety of the shoe in a grid-like pattern.

To celebrate this launch, we created the first-shoe launch in Augmented Reality with no app needed to experience it. All users needed with a phone camera and our glyph to experience the Deerupt anywhere. See the entire experience in our case study below.
